This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “PRIVACY POLICY”) governs, in general terms, the collection and processing by NORTH COMPANY, S.A. (hereinafter “NORTH COMPANY”) of the personal data that you provide us with as a user of THIS WEBSITE (hereinafter the “WEBSITE”), The foregoing is without prejudice to the specific provisions established in certain sections, forms or services available on the WEBSITE, for the purpose of providing you with the relevant information and, where appropriate, to obtain your consent.

2. HOW HAVE WE OBTAINED YOUR DATA?
